Permission to place
You own the land or have the authority to allow a permanent structure.

We assess the location, access, demand and likely nightly rate.

Site visit
If it looks right, we visit and confirm placement, services and logistics.

Agreement
Terms, income share and responsibilities are set out in a separate written agreement.

Placement and launch
The unit is installed, furnished, listed and operated.
