The process
From first call to handover

Enquiry and site check
We discuss your use case, location, access and services, and confirm whether your site suits a MODUHAUS placement.

Specification and quotation
Finish, interior level and add-ons are confirmed and a written quotation is issued covering the unit, transport, foundations and installation.

Production
The unit is manufactured to specification. Standard production lead time is 35 working days.

Foundations
A level base is prepared on site, together with the service points for water, waste and power.

Delivery and expansion
The compact unit is craned into position, the bedroom and bathroom volumes slide out horizontally and are locked permanently in place.
06
Connection and handover
Services are connected, finishes are checked and the unit is handed over ready to occupy.
Timelines are indicative. Municipal approvals, weather, access and service connections can affect the programme on any given site.
